Lost/ Stolen Packages
Should your package become lost or damaged in transit please file a claim with the USPS we only use their Priority Mail services which provides tracking.
Please be advised, that we cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged items.
Should your package become lost, stolen or damaged please file your claim directly with USPS. Your order is immediately insured for coverage up to $50. The insurance covers damage to the package and/or loss of contents up to $50. If your tracking number says delivered, please contact your local USPS Branch and file a claim: you are placing a large order, please consider contacting us to pay for additional insurance coverage. Because these items can be deemed as "personal" we do not issue refunds on merchandise or offer credits.
